Jayson’s career from Dalby (QLD) to London is a fairytale. He now claims international status and is regarded as one of the world's finest young pianists. First time in Geelong, Jayson is renowned for Chopin and Romantic repertoire, he also delivers Bach to dazzle! In this recital we hear Handel and Mozart added to his already expansive repertoire.

This was an exceptional recital from an outstanding pianist. A musician in complete control of the piano with a technique invisible when he performs. At times, a feather being swept across the keys, Mozart like we have never heard before, Chopin and Fauré with the utmost beauty (Nocturnes) and then piano skill in Chopin Etudes which left the audience breathless. Not just a formidable pianist, but such lovely person at one with the music he played. So very proud to have Jayson appearing for us in Geelong.
